Etymology : Vision+Tree

1. A concept used in Indian tradition, a place marked in a building/land where the concept of the new building/business/town was once thought of. Such an area is kept for reverence and taking special decisions.(now a days practiced in big MNC's)
And all major decisions branch out from the main decision.

A similar concept was practiced in Valencia (Spain), where people gathered in a small law court at the entrance of a cathedral within the city, every week on a prescribed day to discuss and settle the issues related to water and irrigation.
