World is made of many complex nets and overlapping layers of information in which globalization seems to homogenize local issues and blur culture, but there is the possibility to use nets as a great data base from which you can download information to generate knowledge and upload it to share thoughts. Uploading local values into global frames using net structures, allows anybody to choose and use this information to build their own identity.
