1. The conversion of B-Zone states ( Balkan States to Turkey and Caucasus ) to European Union ( A Zone ) or the A Zone. The idea comes because of the lesser known states in Europe and bordering Eastern Europe which were under conflict and economically unstable, and were always on the fringe.[1]
